6 x 6" acrylic paint, acrylic parker, pen, and wool thread on stretched canvas.
This is a series of 24 abstract paintings with colors including red, pink and orange, as well as black and white. The paint application is expressive and tactile, sometimes appearing to melt into the canvas and other times coming forward in bold, thick strokes. Stitched embellishments emphasize the movement and expressive quality of each painting, and add another textural element.
These paintings can be purchased individually, as a full set of 24, or in sets of 4, 6, 9, and 12. Please specify which paintings you prefer using the number/letter system in the images. I will do my best to send the ones you choose, though substitutions may be required if that item has already been sold.
These paintings are ready to hang. The back has been wired, and the edges are painted, so no frame is necessary. Should you wish to frame them, I am happy to send the paintings directly to your local frame shop upon request.
